Contemporary Art Fair In Montrouge

Every fall, it returns to our great pleasure. The  Montrouge hall is one of the main annual events for contemporary art in the Paris region. Art Paris, which has become an essential event on the Parisian cultural agenda, brings together the essence of current artistic creation in the same space. In addition to the famous galleries that participate year after year in Art Paris, such as Continua, Lelong & Co., Massimo DeCarlo, and even the Perrotin Gallery, this edition will have new additions: Max Hetzler and Bernier Eliades on the French side, Fernando Pradilla (Madrid), 1957 Gallery (Ghana), Rodolphe Janssen (Brussels)… Galleries of emerging artists have not been left behind, especially thanks to the participation of Backslash, Felix Frachon, Ibasho, and Eric Linard, as well as nine galleries from all over the planet, from Guatemala through South Korea or Germany. Thus configuring a wide and exhaustive offer of contemporary art. More committed than ever to artists, this fair immerses us in the diverse worlds of emerging talents, the artists who will grace magazine covers and fill museums for years. Photography, design, painting, sculpture, performance, installations, video… Whatever the medium, as long as the talent and creativity are there. More than thirty artists participate in this 2023 edition of the Montrouge hall, showcasing contemporary art as you may have never seen it.

This art fair reflects the contemporary scene of the moment. You will discover artists with very diverse profiles… And equally diverse visitors. Professionals, collectors, art lovers, and the curious are welcome to this free event.

The selected artists come from all over France… But that’s not all. There are also artists from Tunisia, Denmark, Argentina, Algeria, Spain, Greece, the United States and the Congo… Art knows no borders at the Montrougehall , nor do current events. In the works of these young artists, we find common themes related to identity, ecology, equality and parity, and cultural recognition. Themes that challenge and question us all.
